Amber Racine is an attorney at Raynes McCarty and represents those severely injured by negligence and unsafe products. Ms. Racine received her Bachelor's degree in History & Politics from Drexel University where she was an A.J. Drexel Scholar. Ms. Racine entered Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004 and attended classes in the evening while working fulltime as a paralegal at a litigation firm. In 2008, she received her law degree and was awarded Distinguished Classroom Performance and Outstanding Oral Advocacy Awards.

In 2010, The Barristers' Association of Philadelphia presented her with the President's Award for her service to the Executive Board and the organization at large. In 2011, The Legal Intelligencer named Amber a “Lawyer on the Fast Track”, an honor reserved for outstanding young attorneys on the road to becoming future leaders in the community as well as the legal profession. In 2012, The National Bar Association presented her with a Presidential Award for her service to the organization. In 2012 and 2013, she was named a “Super Lawyer – Rising Star” by Philadelphia Magazine, an award bestowed upon the top 2.5 percent of attorneys 40 years old or younger in Pennsylvania.

Ms. Racine is also a member of The Legal Intelligencer's Young Lawyer Editorial Board, which contributes monthly articles to The Legal Intelligencer; a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's House of Delegates, which sets the policy of the PBA; and a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s Board of Governors (Eastern District).

Ms. Racine is the co-author of two books, “The Library of Pennsylvania Personal Injury Forms” (Volumes I and II) and “Pennsylvania Causes of Action” (Volume I) – resource books presented by The Legal Intelligencer. Amber is also active in her community, volunteering with Philadelphia Futures as a mentor to local high school students.

Ms. Racine is admitted to practice in the state Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Bar Association, and the Barristers'
